Anna is a passionate event planner and designer with over sixteen years of experience in managing a wide range of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings. She customizes her approach by assembling a dedicated team to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring a spectacular and successful event. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Stetson University, Anna effectively blends her academic background with her creative vision to craft distinctive event brands. Her work has earned accolades, including recognition as one of the Top Wedding Planners by Martha Stewart Weddings and inclusion in Brides Best Planners in the U.S.

Jessica Josepher

Senior Manager, Client Experience

Jessica is responsible for ensuring the touchpoints across the client’s journey with ALE are engaging, efficient, and consistent with best-in-class concierge service. Jessica navigates client communications, often collaborating with stationers to design and produce event-related pieces, as well as sourcing memorable specialty items and gifting. In addition to managing event websites and overseeing client inquiries, Jessica ensures a seamless onboarding process for new clients and junior staff, including the ALE Internship Program.

Jordan Fisher

Senior Manager, Event Production & Business Development

Jordan leads Anna Lucia’s overall business development, spearheading the planning, execution, and growth of Anna Lucia’s corporate and social events. In collaboration with Anna, Catherine and Bliss, Jordan leads event coordination and production, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities extend to client relationship management, vendor coordination, and overseeing all event logistics. In this role, Jordan brings a commitment to creativity, analytical thinking, and effective communication in achieving the company's long-term success.

Catherine Clausen

Junior Event Coordinator

Catherine supports the team in the planning and execution of various events. Her role demands strong self-motivational and multitasking skills, as well as effective communication in any situation. Responsibilities include assisting with budget management, cultivating vendor relationships, coordinating site visits and meetings, handling logistics and travel arrangements, overseeing event staff onboarding, and contributing to event timelines. Catherine’s role extends to office coordination and organization, ensuring a smooth-running office and positive client experience.

Bliss Mercuri

Marketing & Events Coordinator

Bliss is crucial in supporting ALE’s event planning and marketing strategies. With strong multitasking skills, Bliss assists with proposals and budgets, logistics and budget management, travel coordination, and on-site production and cleanup. She works closely with the design team to ensure event styling adheres to expectations, also liaising with social media for content creation. Bliss ensures smooth operations at the office, maintaining client portals, web updates, vendor relationships, and more.
