Keeywaydin WelcomeTo kick off a weekend of stellar wedding events, this couple hosted guests to a welcome party on Keeywaydin Island, located just off the coast of Naples, FL. On the island’s pristine white sands, Anna Lucia designed and built out a scenic beach party for more than 200 people.

This event called for a five-day setup, including three days of transporting all the event’s infrastructure to the barrier island.
A Beach Pop-Up
Guests were greeted by a Tequila Bar which featured four Margarita offerings. We incorporated a mix of bamboo and fabric structures to give the various stations and seating an eclectic feel that felt coordinated and fresh. In addition to a custom dance floor, we brought in curated lawn games that matched the look and feel of the event.
